At Ryukyu glass kirameki kobo, there are many glasses to choose and all the glaass are made from only just hand, not machine.

At Ryukyu glass kirameki kobo, there are many ryukyu glass art works including the famous Ryukyu glass craftman "Ikemiyagi Yoshirou"artworks. He received the "modern master-hand" prize and some exhibitions in Okinawa too. also he is a traditional craftman. During the summer time, Many tourists visit Kirameki kobo and it will be crowded. sometimes you can't make a reservation. When you make the Ryukyu glass, the making place will be super hot so it's recomended to bring some clothes to change.

You will be sweaty within 5 minutes. Here you can make your own mini cask glass, vase, shotglass, rockglass, small bowl, bumpy ryukyu glass, and ashtray. Also , these are sold at the shop if you don't make, you can still get them. You may think making Ryukyu glass is hard, but attentive staff will teach you very gently, so you don't have to worry about it. It is about 15 minutes to make, But you will feel like 1 minutes as atime flies. The glass after you made, it will be cool down. You can get it the next day, or you can get it via mail.
